在生活污水、食品加工和造纸等工业废水中,含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、油脂、木质素等有机物质。这些物质以悬浮或溶解状态存在于污水中,可通过微生物的生物化学作用而分解。在其分解过程中需要消耗氧气,因而被称为耗氧污染物。这种污染物可造成水中溶解氧减少,影响鱼类和其他水生生物的生长。水中溶解氧耗尽后,有机物进行厌氧分解,产生硫化氢、氨和硫醇等难闻气味,使水质进一步恶化。水体中有机物成分非常复杂,耗氧有机物浓度常用单位体积水中耗氧物质生化分解过程中所消耗的氧量表示,即以生化需氧量(BOD)表示。一般用20℃时,五天生化需氧量(BOD5)表示

市政污水处理工程案例(缺氧+传统活性污泥法)

  某污水处理厂是福建某市修建的一座大型污水处理厂。该厂的建设引进关键技术、监控装置和设备,提高污水处理效率,充分利用生物能,节约能耗,节省用地,降低工程造价和运行成本。

  该污水处理厂的工艺设计,在进行各种工艺方案比较的基础上,仍选用鼓风曝气的设计方案。其理由是大型污水处理厂采用鼓风曝气工艺管理简便、运行可靠。该污水处理厂肖化吸收了国外的先进技术,对每个单项构筑物及污水、污泥处理的细部方案都作了改进,如进水泵房及污水量计量的自动控制、洗砂排砂、排泥浓度控制、溶解氧白控、脱氨反硝化工艺、二沉池出水槽新工艺、消化池投泥方式、大型消化池的沼气搅拌、沼气发电升压联网、沼气锅炉及排泥阀、可调堰、细格栅等先进技术都在该厂得到了应用。

主要处理构筑物及设备参数:

  1.进水格栅

   格栅是污水处理厂的第一道预处理设施。该厂设6台垂直格栅,由计算机程序控制。高水位时格栅清污机将连续工作,运送格栅拦截的浮渣的皮带运输机与格栅清污机联锁运行,在所有格栅停止工作后,皮带运输机仍将继续运行一段时间。

  6台垂直格栅每台宽2m,栅条净距25 mm

  2.进水泵房

   6HLWB-10型立式涡壳混流泵,51备。

   水泵参数:流量1.32立方/秒,扬程13.2m,电机动率260kw

   泵房设有6个控制水位,控制5台泵的运行。为避免个别水泵负荷偏重而反复起动,水泵将依次循环投人运行。当某台泵因故障停止工作时,另一台泵将自动投入运行。

  3.曲面格栅

  8台曲面格栅设在沉砂池的端部。每台格栅宽度1.2m,栅条曲率半径2.0 m,栅条净距10m

   每台格栅的清污动作根据水位模拟信号由计算机控制。当水位差处于正常值时,清污工作将按设定时间动作;当前后水位差超过设定值时,清污工作将连续进行。如果清污工作连续操作时间过长,计算机将发出报警信号。

   曲面格栅刮出的浮渣落在皮带运输机上,皮带运输机的运行与格栅清污机联锁,清污工作停止后,运输机仍将运行一段时间。  

  4.沉砂池

   曝气沉砂池设有6条廊道,每条长30m、宽4m、深4.3m,水力停留时间约6min

   池内设有振动空气(VIBRAIR)曝气器648个,供气量为5184立方米/小时。全池设两座吸砂工作桥,每个工作桥上有3个空气提砂装置,负责3条廊道的吸砂。污秽的砂水被提升到洗砂槽,经搅拌后,有机物随洗砂水流回进水泵房,砂水被送至分砂机进行进一步脱水。分砂机设在进水泵房的上部建筑顶层,以便脱水的砂粒流入砂斗运走。

   吸砂工作桥用行程开关控制,其上设有刮渣设施,以清除池内浮渣。空气提砂装置要求注续工作,由计算机控制。当空气压缩机发生故障时,备用机可自动投入。空气压缩机、分砂机和泵的运行状态由计算机监控,如出现故障将自动报警。

  5.初沉池

   初沉池曾设计了矩形和圆形两种方案,从运行管理、占地和混凝土用量等方面进行比较,认为圆形辐流式沉淀池设备运转可靠、管理简便,故采用了4座配有周边驱动全桥式刮混机的辐流式沉淀池,直径达60m,水深4.5 m,沉淀时间2.26h

   初沉池运行的关键是排泥,4座池轮流排泥的程序由计算机控制。每个排泥阀靠频率/时间自动操作。其功率/时间将根据计算机监测到的污泥浓度和流量束进行调整。排泥阀分两部分,启用的是电动阀门,排泥口用的是可手动调节的升降阀,该阀属非标设备。

  6.初沉污泥泵房

   为防止排泥系统出现堵塞故障,在两座初沉池间设一座污泥泵房。安装GF单螺杆泵4台,两座泵房共装8台污泥泵。污泥泵按频率邝j问自动操作,并由计算机进行调整,两座污泥泵房交替运行,在泵房的出口处设有污泥浓度模拟测量装置,污泥进人浓缩池前进行

流量检测。这些信号进入计算机后,将用于计算污泥的排放量,以调整排泥技术上频率和排混的持续时间。

Itcontains organic substances such as carbohydrates, proteins, Oils and lignin insewage, food processing and papermaking industrial wastewater. These substancesexist in the sewage in the state of suspension or dissolving, which can bedecomposed by the biological chemical action of microbes. Oxygen consumption isneeded in the process of decomposition, so it is called oxygen consumption.This kind of pollutant can cause the decrease of dissolved oxygen in water,which affects the growth of fish and other aquatic organisms. After thedissolved oxygen in the water is exhausted, the organic matter is decomposedanaerobic, and the unpleasant odors such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia andmercaptan are produced, and the water quality is further deteriorated. Thecomposition of organic matter in water is very complex. The concentration ofoxygen consumption organic matter is commonly expressed in the biochemicaldecomposition process of oxygen consumption substances in unit volume water,that is, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). The five day biochemical oxygendemand (BOD5) is generally used at 20 degrees centigrade.

Acase of municipal sewage treatment (anoxia + traditional activated sludgeprocess)

Asewage treatment plant is a large sewage treatment plant built in Leshan. Thekey technologies, monitoring devices and equipment are introduced to improvethe efficiency of sewage treatment, make full use of bio energy, save energy,save land and reduce project cost and operation cost.

Onthe basis of the comparison of various technological schemes, the design schemeof air blast aeration is still used in the process design of the sewagetreatment plant.  The reason is that the large sewage treatment plant usesblast aeration technology to be easy to manage and operate reliably. The sewagetreatment plant Xiao of absorbing foreign advanced technology, sewage andsludge treatment structures and the detail scheme of each individual wereimproved, such as the pump room and sewage metering automatic control, sandwashing, sand mud concentration control, dissolved oxygen control, whiteammonia denitrification process two, sedimentation tank tank process, digestiontank, large investment mud digester biogas stirring, biogas power generation,biogas boiler and boost network mud valve, adjustable weir, fine grid and otheradvanced technologies are applied in the factory.

Mainlydealing with the parameters of the structure and equipment:

1.inlet grille

Thegrille is the first pretreatment facility for the sewage treatment plant. Theplant has 6 vertical grille, which is controlled by computer program. When thewater level is high, the grille cleaning machine will interlock and runcontinuously with the grille intercepting scum belt conveyor and the grillecleaning machine. After all grille stops, the belt conveyor will continue torun for a period of time.

6vertical grille is 2m with a width of 25 mm.

2.water inlet pump room

Thereare 6 HLWB-10 vertical vortex shell mixed flow pumps, 5 for 1.

Pumpparameters: flow 1.32 cubic per second, head 13.2m, motor dynamic 260kw.

Thepump room has 6 control water levels to control the operation of 5 pumps. Inorder to avoid the heavy load of individual pumps, the pump will circulate andrun in turn.  When a pump stops working because of a failure, the otherpump will be put into operation automatically.

3.surface grille

8curved grille are located at the end of the sand sink. The width of each gridis 1.2m, the radius of curvature of the gate is 2 m, and the net distance ofthe gate bar is 10m.

Thecleaning action of each grid is controlled by the computer according to theanalog signal of the water level. When the water level difference is in thenormal value, the cleaning work will act according to the setting time; whenthe current water level difference exceeds the set value, the cleaning workwill be carried out continuously. If the cleaning work is too long for a longtime, the computer will send out the alarm signal.

Thescum scraped from the surface grille falls on the belt conveyor. The operationof the belt conveyor is interlocked with the grille cleaning machine. After thecleaning operation is stopped, the transporter will still run for a period oftime.

4.sand sedimentation tank

Theaeration and sand sedimentation tank has 6 corridors with a length of 30m, wide4m and deep 4.3m, and the hydraulic retention time is about 6min.

Thetank has a vibratory air (VIBRAIR) aerator with 648 gas supply of 5184 cubicmeters per hour. There are two sand suction working bridges in the whole pool.There are 3 air lifting devices on each working bridge, which is responsiblefor the sand suction of the 3 corridors. The polluted sand is raised to thesand washing tank. After mixing, the organic matter is returned to the pumproom with the flow of sand washing. The sand water is sent to the sandingmachine for further dehydration. The sand separator is located on the top floorof the upper building of the inlet pump room, so that the dehydrated sand isflowing into the sand bucket.

Thesand suction working bridge is controlled by a stroke switch, and a slagscraping facility is provided to remove the slag in the pool. The air liftingdevice requires continuous work and is controlled by a computer. When the aircompressor fails, the standby machine can be automatically put into operation.The operating state of air compressor, sanding machine and pump is monitored bycomputer. If failure occurs, it will alarm automatically.

5.primary sink

Twoschemes of rectangle and circle have been designed in the primary settlingtank, which are compared from operation management, land occupation andconcrete dosage. It is considered that the equipment of circular radialsedimentation tank is transported.
